About

A new kind of delivery specialist.

Proven programme leaders with deep AI, automation and delivery-system expertise. We fix live delivery while modernising the system behind it.

Why M-1 exists.

Every complex programme we have worked on has had the same quiet problem: simple questions that take days to answer. When will this ship? What changed? Is it on track? The answer is spread across the governed systems that actually run the work — the ERP, the programme controls, the document store, the delivery tools — and the workflows between them. Reconstructing it by hand consumes the very people who should be delivering.

The usual responses do not fix it. Another tool gets added but not embedded. Another report gets built by hand. The delivery system itself — the way people, process and technology work together across those systems — stays unowned.

M-1 was built to own that problem. We combine senior delivery leadership, learned in the big consultancies and on the coal face of critical programmes, with AI-native tooling built in our own labs. We work inside live delivery, under the pressure, and we leave the system better than we found it.

Who built M-1

Built by operators. Extended by specialists.

M-1 is founder-led, but delivery is not limited to three people. We form a senior cell around the problem — drawing in the relevant domain, change, analysis, data and solution expertise — while the founding team stays accountable for the work and the Fabric behind it.

Why M-1

Delivery leaders first

Our people have run critical programmes, turnarounds and mobilisations. We take responsibility in the work, not opinions beside it.

AI built for the work

Our engineering team builds and tests the applied AI behind M-1 Fabric™, the managed core our specialists carry into a programme.

Practical by principle

We improve the tools you already own before recommending new ones, and we measure success by what sticks after we leave.

Delivery confidence for complex programmes.

If that is what your programme is missing, we should talk. Open the M-1 Room, or email the team directly.
